Versatile outfits to transition from day to night BHLDN Crepe de Chine, vintage-inspired gown by BHLDN

I purchased this dress, brand new, thinking it would fit. Unfortunately, it's too small. It's never been worn because the woman I purchased it from had the same problem as I did. It fits everywhere but the hips for me. It's otherwise beautiful, very light and comfortable, and would be a perfect dress.
