A good friend of mine worked at a David's Bridal during the time of my engagement. She called me one evening because she wantd me to come try this dress which had just come into the store. It was a new style and her favorite. Although I tried on many after this one, I kept coming back to it. In the end, I ended up buying another dress that my mom liked more, however I kept thinking about the Galina Signature. I loved the deep sweetheart neckline and the way the bodice was so flattering. The organza on the bottom is so soft and adds a beautiful effect when you walk. A month after I bought the other dress, I ended up exchanging it for this one. It was the one I really wanted and loved. I'm glad I did because the pictures were beautiful and I was very comfortable in it during the day.
We were married on an island and even though it was a warm day, I did not get hot in the dress. It breathes beautifully. I received many compliments on it. I am 5'2 and 125lbs. The dress did not need to be altered and fit me like a glove.
I highly recommend Galina's and this dress style. The A-line style is flattering on everyone and allows you to look very elegant while still being comfortable.
